The Center for the New Energy Economy

The Center for the New Energy Economy is a national energy policy think tank founded by former Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter and based at Colorado State University. The Center works primarily with governors, legislators, regulators and utilities on building a clean energy economy in America. Among its resources are the Advanced Energy Legislation Tracker, which monitors state energy legislation around the nation, and SPOT, a hub of information on existing state clean energy policies and future policy opportunities.
